Dr Punam Krishan is an NHS GP and media doctor with a specialist interest in public health, family and lifestyle medicine. She is also a honorary senior clinical lecturer at the University of Glasgow. Alongside this, Punam is a writer and director of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine.

Education and career

Dr Punam Krishan studied medicine at the University of Glasgow before completing her GP training in 2011. She is passionate about optimising public health and wellbeing by educating and empowering people to prevent chronic diseases through the prescription of lifestyle and education about root cause medicine.

Work and awards

Dr Krishan is a director for the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine and is constantly working to promote key health messages through both professional and voluntary modes.
