Introducing the new Aptaclub website

Welcome to our new website. We’ve redesigned it to focus on providing you with ‘Early Life Nutrition’ (ELN) expertise. This means offering expert nutritional advice and information to help you make a positive difference to your baby’s future, from conception to toddlerhood.

Helping you make the right nutritional choices

From the moment you decide to have a baby, you can positively influence their future through your diet before and during pregnancy, to what you feed them in the first few years of their life. Our Early Life Nutrition expertise will help you make the right decisions to support your baby’s development at every stage.

Expert emails and articles

Our new nutrient-specific emails link you to expert articles focused on the key vitamins and minerals you and your baby need for their future development.

Practical advice

Articles now also feature a specific ‘Next steps’ section with essential tips you can put into action.

Interesting facts

Discover the incredible changes your baby is going through week by week, and learn how nutrition can influence their growth and development.

Made for mums

We’ve redesigned our website in response to mums’ feedback. Many mums have told us they mostly use their mobiles and tablets to go online, so this site has been specifically created with these in mind. This means clearer, more focused articles and decluttered pages.

Other features and services

Another improvement we’ve made is making our popular Preparing for Birth smartphone App available on Android. You can download it now and let our experts help you get ready for the big day.

You may notice that our forums are no longer available. This is because we are working to replace them with a new service that will be more in line with our nutritional focus. This is just one of several improvements we are planning for the future.

In the meantime, if you’d like to ask other mums questions or share your experiences, our Facebook page is the perfect place to make contact.
