Labour and birth

Being prepared for labour will help you feel much more relaxed when the big day comes. Even if you’ve been through it all before, it’s easy to forget the practical side of things when you’re so excited and overwhelmed by what’s to come.

And we’ve also included an article on bonding with your baby; mums often wonder whether bonding will be instantaneous and, although it can be for some, it’s good to know the ways in which you can aid the process.
